The
Company Poseidon Villas
My name is Mattias Terngård and
I am the Managing Director of Poseidon Villas. I have worked within the
building industry for 15 years as a bricklayer, tile worker and
carpenter. I have work leader experience and have a big “know-how”
within construction works, construction technology, laws and rules. When
you buy a Villa through Poseidon Villas I want you to feel 100 % safe in

about how we Europeans want to live is in my command.
We offer you as a customer many
different alternatives for Villas and also the possibility that you may
design your own Villa through our architect in Bangkok or Koh Lanta.
Contact us for wishes about freehold land and we will help you to find
it. Either you build one of our priced Villas or if you want you can
draw an entirely newly designed villa. Nothing is impossible to
implement. How big a plot do you to want to have? Do you want to live
close to your neighbours building in a community? To buy land and Villas
on Koh Lanta today is a good investment when the plot prices increase
each year. A plot that you paid 60 000 THB for 5 years ago costs today

To help us, we have a lawyer
from Koh Samui that handles all contracts for the sale of Land and
Villas. He has extensive experience and good references.
In the company we have four Thai
Nationals employed at present and we plan to employ additional Thai
staff within the near future. In August we will also open an office on
Koh Lanta where all of our Villa Projects will be represented.
In Thailand, one measures plot
sizes in Rai and one Rai is approximately 1600 m2. The common practice
is to build 4 houses per Rai which explains why the plot prices are so
high. However, we have a number of plots and areas where one can buy
ypurself ½, 1, 2, 3 or why not 9 rai to build the dream Villas on. The
advantage with building a number of Villas on the same land is that you
keep down the costs for water maintenance, roads and electricity.
